You know what today is, don't you? Why yes, it's deviled egg day. Deviled eggs not be for everyone, but I LOVE them.
In celebration of this momentous holiday, I thought I'd share a great recipe with you: Sriracha Deviled Eggs. This is a quick and dirty recipe (my favorite kind!) that can be whipped up in under half an hour. Make a couple for yourself, or make several for a party platter.
Here's the part where you see that I'm not a food blogger. I eyeball everything.
Hard boil some eggs. After cooling and peeling the eggs, slice in half lengthwise, and place the hardened
yolks into a bowl.
Add a little mayonnaise and Sriracha and stir up the mixture until smooth. Taste it. If you want it creamier add
more mayonnaise, if you'd like it spicier add more Sriracha.
Gently spoon the mixture into the egg whites.
