1. Download and Open.
Once you've purchased a card and the PDF file has been downloaded onto your hard drive, open it using Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. All file names include the card name displayed on the site.
2. Print the Card
Cut and Fold Cards. We recommend all cards without the 'Fold Only' icon be printed on card stock. Depending on your printer use card stock anywhere in the 65lb-110lb range. Card stock can be found at your local Office Depot or Staples (or purchase from their online stores) as well at specialty stationery stores which often carry more interesting and exotic colors, weights and patterns.
All cards are designed to print on 8.5 x11 inch letter paper. Once you've printed the card, place it on a surface that's good for cutting. Place a ruler or straight edge across the dotted 'fold' line indicators. Use an Exacto blade or craft knife to lightly score the middle of the card. Continue by aligning the straight edge to the cut marks(indicated with a scissor icon) and cut twice vertically and twice horizontally. Make sure you cut all the way through, depending on the sharpness of your blade you may have to go 2-3 times over the same cut.
Fold Only Cards. We recommend all cards with the red, circular 'Fold Only' logo should be printed on regular weight paper. Again you can find all kinds of interesting paper at specialty stationery or craft stores, however plain printer paper works just fine. Simply print the file, fold once horizontally and again vertically. Ta da! your card is finished.
3.Envelopes
Cut and Fold Cards. All cut and fold cards fit to an 4.75 x 6.5 inch A6 announcement envelope. These can also be purchased or you can make one using one of our free envelope templates. Just cut and glue (or tape) along the indicated lines and section
Fold Only Cards. All cut and fold cards fit to an 4.375 x 5.75 inch A2 announcement envelope. These can be purchased or you can make one using one of our free envelope templates. Just cut and glue (or tape) along the indicated lines and section
4.Write your personal greeting and send!
