  1. I think this is a great idea because it would save money and time! I am totally into doing things myself for our wedding that is coming up next year. Thanks for this!!
  2. hi, i left you a question on your post about "why you quit your day job"...
i was just leaving here another reminder in case you havent noticed.
    thanks! ;)
  3. Because it's a great money saver, and it also allows me greater flexibility with paper and envelope selection, because it's all up to me and my fiance.
  4. I'm thinking about printing my own invitations because it will save me money, but also because I want to make sure to inject our personalities into the design choices.
  5. It's a great way to save money and time. And there's some lovely digital designs out there (yours included of course!) plus it's environmentally friendly!
  6. Along with everyone else I plan to print my own invitations to be budget friendly. My fiance and I are on a very small budget compared to most. We're paying for the wedding all on our own while finishing up school. Printing my own invitations will help cut costs and gives us a greater freedom when picking envelopes, etc. I think that printing themselves is a win-win situation.

We both really like the Garden Party pattern. It's adorable and fits our venue quite well.
  7. I would consider printing my own wedding invitations (which I plan on doing) since it will save me money, and I will get exactly what I want.

  8. Hello, there! I am considering printing my own invitations for a number of reasons. Of course, keeping costs down is a major one; then, too, printing on our own allows us to choose the vendors. This way, we hope to support individual artists, designers, paper sources, and printers with our choices. We are prioritizing local and sustainable options in our decision-making. Lastly--but not least!--printing on our own gives us the ability to choose items that reflect our personality and set the tone for our wedding in ways that big-box options don't. I love your work, and hope it continues to be well-supported!
  9. I think printing your invitations is a good idea for three reasons: 1. No one else in the world will ever have the same invitation as you on this special day 2. It's fun to do and makes them just like you, unique! 3. It's cost effective, I just got engaged and recently had hip surgery so I have been out of work for a while. This would greatly help out on the wedding budget!!
  10. We want to print our own wedding invitations so that we can use support our local copy shop, use recycled paper, and save money!

  19. I would really love to win this giveaway. My daughter is getting married in Jan. 2012 to her soul mate. They are great kids on a shoestring budget as is everyone these days. 14 years ago I had two months to put together my own wedding (2nd marriage). Because I was short on time, I created the invitations myself, with great success. I would love to do the same for this WONDERFUL and DESERVING couple.
  20. I would consider printing my own to save money. Thanks for the giveaway!
  21. This would be wonder to win since I am planning on creating & printing my BF invitations for her as a duty of being.a bridesmaids.

  34. Saving money is the main reason, but making it personal is the best reason! My daughters wedding is next fall, and the pace is already fast and furious!
  35. i am seriously considering doing it to save money.. it just makes sense to save a little on the invitations and be able to use that money for the house or the honeymoon.. your invitations are adorable and I will definitely be looking at them again!
  36. I'd print my own wedding invitations because I would get exactly what I want, plus I could embellish them too! My sister has just announced she is getting married, so I could make some for her! Love your work!
    Kindest regards,
    Jennifer
  37. I would print my own invitations to ensure that our wedding has little environmental impact. Using a local print shop with recycled paper and soy-based ink will cut down on toxins/emissions and reduce how far the invitations have to travel before reaching their final destinations. Not only will the invitations be unique and beautiful but they will also show that there is a more earth-conscious way to get married!
  38. Why not do your own invitation? This year alone we've had six weddings and the best one I've received is the one that was DIY. I just think it shows your guests the rest of the wedding is going to be just as fabulous and personal!
  39. I think that doing your own printing can save a ton of money. It depends on the type of market your in. But if you don't have access to a printer is it really cost effective. That would be for them to decide.

  40. Printing my own invitations would mean having a more unique and beautiful invitation with less cost, and that's awesome.
  41. I have a friend that is planning a wedding and i would like to give these to her
  42. I've considered printing my own invitations, but e.m. papers completely convinced me! We want a diy edge, would like to save time and money, and love how quickly it can all come together with a little bit of elbow grease. The cherries on top are the beautiful designs themselves. Customization in the way of colors and wording is the cherry on top of said cherries. The Monogram collection is perfect for our Autumn wedding. We're thankful we found e.m. papers!
  43. My daughter just got engaged and I could really use this. It would make our job of making invites a lot easier.
  44. This is a great idea. I am engaged and trying to start making wedding plans but not getting any help for the wedding from family so this would be a huge help.
  45. to save money!
  46. So I bought a house. A small house. A very cute house. Our future home. But the house had a very big appetite. And it ate something very important. It ate our wedding budget. It ate our wedding budget and had a baby. A fat baby. The baby's name was Mortgage.

I'm crafty and spunky, and will make print our own invitations anywya, but your prize would make them so much more beautiful. Pick me please! xx (Getting married July 2012).
  47. Doing your own invitations you can always add your personal touch to make it special. Saves time and money if you on a budget. I love diy projects and make things up as I go to make thing to my taste..
  48. My best friend is considering printing her own so that she can have something a bit more personalized and that has her own touch on it.
